Candidates must have technical problem resolution skills and experience with ticketing systems. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and requires in-person interviews. Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and resolve technical and procedural issues.

Respond to support requests via telephone, email, and tickets.

Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution.

Escalate unresolved issues to Tier II/III support.

Work independently and as part of a team to provide customer service.
