Mandatory Skills : Pharma Life Sciences domain skills

Pharma Life Sciences Experience within the Pharma industry and knowledge in R&D life cycle, product supply chain process.

Knowledge in Pharma regulations, compliances, and stringent documentation requirements.

Able to understand and work on supply chain standards (GTIN, EPCIS etc.) and unique product / serial number process.

Excellent problem solving and solid analytical skills, with careful attention to detail.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Documenting and effectively communicating the results to cross-functional team members and mangers.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Working closely with Business stakeholders, vendors and managerial staff.

Creating GxP documents and involving testing activities.

Excellent documentation skills and competency in Microsoft office applications.

A bachelor s degree with relevant Pharma Business analyst experience.

(1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

(3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
