Ideally Native Americans. Requirements: Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation. Strong knowledge and experience in Data related projects and understanding of data structures, data quality checks, Reconciliation. Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them. Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills. Skills and Experience: LIFE CYCLE RAID GOVERNANCE PROJECT PLANNING DATA QUALITY Additional Skills: QUALITY CHECKS PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROBLEM-SOLVING PMI CERTIFIED FINANCE RECONCILIATION OPERATIONS Education: Undergraduate in CS; PMI certification is nice to have
