Preferred qualifications include Workday Payroll certifications and experience with data migration tools. Responsibilities: Configure and optimize Payroll modules within Workday
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Analyze current business processes and propose solutions
Build custom reports and dashboards within Workday
Develop and execute test plans
Serve as the liaison between business units and IT teams
Create detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams
Mentor junior business analysts
