- Manager level, 5+ years hands on agile experience in Scrum Master position, 2+ years agile@scale exposure, easiness to evolve in an int’l and multicultural environment, problem solver, team player, strong communication
- Quick summary of the role responsibilities?
- Scrum master for a team of +/-9 people. Facilitate the routine team activities including PIp (5x iterations of 2 weeks per program increment), report on team performance, collaborate with other team scrum masters (dependencies, governance, PIp, ART Synch), remove team impediments, collaborate with team Arch, PO and Product squad
- Will any specific project or industry experience be required?
- Retail industry, Int’l exposure and SAFe exposure a must, B2B a nice2have
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
