Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location:- Mount Laurel, NJ(onsite from Day1)

Duration:- Long Term Contract

Brief Summary of Role:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, part of a team responsible for enabling/creating foundational capabilities on Salesforce from scratch. Position will work with key users from different business groups to understand current business processes and identifying areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and designing CRM solutions that meet the business need and are in line with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems

Communicate Salesforce's capabilities and limitations to internal Stakeholders

Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices

Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution

Synthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently

Engage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practices

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers.

Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationships with product owners

Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds
