Job Description :

Role: Remote – Salesforce Developer

Bill Rate: $86/hour C2C

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype

Direct Client Requirement

 

Salesforce Development:

 

·         Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

·         Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

·         Create workflows, triggers, and page layouts to meet business requirements.

·         Customization & Configuration:

·         Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

·         Configure and extend nCino applications for enhanced banking processes (preferred).

·         Data Management:

·         Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

·         Manage large datasets and optimize data architecture for performance.

·         Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

·         Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements.

·         Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

·         Quality Assurance:

·         Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.

·         Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.

·         Documentation:

·         Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom development and integrations.

·         Performance Optimization:

·         Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

·         Implement Salesforce development best practices and ensure scalability of solutions.
