Job Summary:
We are seeking a Tech Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in LS Salesforce, Salesforce, and CRM-Sales. The role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our CRM capabilities. This position is crucial for driving our CRM strategy and improving customer relationships.
 
Experience: 10 to 12 years
Required Skills: CRM- Sales, LS Sales force, Sales force
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Sales force solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Sales force with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise in LS Sales force and CRM-Sales to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Sales force solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and security of Sales force implementations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Sales force releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sales force.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sales force features and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Must have strong experience in LS Sales force and CRM-Sales.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Sales force architecture and best practices.
  • Should have experience in integrating Sales force with other systems.
  • Must be proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies. Must have a customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Should have experience in conducting system audits and preparing for releases.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on code quality.
  • Should have a proven track record of successfully delivering Sales force projects
