Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC and SAC Planning Consultant with 5 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning solutions to meet our business requirements. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Solution Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP BPC and SAC planning solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuring the system accordingly to meet these needs.
  • Data Models and Reporting: Develop data models, input templates, and reports to support business planning processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the data.
  • BPC Object Development: Create and manage BPC objects, including reports, input templates, script logic, and Data Manager (DM) packages.
  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams (ERP, Security, Portal) on data design, interfaces, extracts, and reporting to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Best-Fit Planning and Consolidation Advice: Provide best-fit SAP BPC and BFC planning and/or consolidation advice, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of the business.
  • Functional and Technical Design Understanding: Understand the functional design, including new processes and technical design, to deliver SAP BPC and BFC applications that meet both functional and technical requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage SAP planning and consolidation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with project goals.
  • Process Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, implementing changes to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Stay Updated with SAP Developments: Stay informed about the latest SAP developments and recommend best practices to ensure the solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our financial planning and consolidation initiatives, requiring a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our planning solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
