Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ACM/AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in A e Experience Manager (AEM), including development, customization, and deployment of AEM-based digital solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi services.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Optimize AEM performance by implementing caching strategies, dispatcher configurations, and scalability best practices.
- Develop and integrate third-party APIs, RESTful services, and headless CMS solutions with AEM.
- Work with DevOps teams to manage AEM deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (A e Cloud Manager, AMS, or on-premise).
- Ensure compliance with AEM security best practices, access controls, and governance policies.
- Debug and troubleshoot AEM issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AEM best practices, architecture, and development workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x and above).
- Strong expertise in JCR, Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and AEM Dispatcher.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with AEM Workflows, MSM (Multi-Site Manager), and Content Fragments.
- Hands-on experience with A e Cloud Manager, AMS, or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, A e Cloud Pipelines).
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS solutions.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
