Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with at least 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legacy Java frameworks, particularly Struts, and a strong background in working with WebSphere Portal Server (WPS) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS). You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance legacy Java applications using Struts framework.
Work with WebSphere Portal Server (WPS) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to legacy systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and support code reviews.
Ensure high-quality, well-tested code adhering to best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
Strong expertise in Struts framework and experience with WebSphere Portal Server (WPS) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
Experience in integrating legacy systems with modern technologies.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
