Role: Service Now IRM Developer
Location: Remote (Richardson TX or Hartford CT are preferred)
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience with working experience on more than two IRM projects.
• ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
• Customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS and Service Portal widgets.
• Working knowledge of integrations and migrations.
• Deep understanding of ITIL.
• Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
• Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team and ability to work under high pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in preparing documentation like migration and deployment plans, preparing test cases.
Preferred
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to IT and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with development best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, and industry trends.
• Experience with formal software development methodologies, with a focus on Agile.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator is a must.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist on IRM & CAD will be a bonus.
