Job Description:
We are urgently seeking 12 Certified ServiceNow Event Management Technical Consultants to join our team for an immediate start. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise combined with a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving. These consultants will be working with a high-profile customer, so excellent soft skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ServiceNow Event Management solutions for various projects.
- Act as a technical lead for at least 3 ServiceNow Event Management implementation projects, ensuring the successful delivery of each.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide proactive solutions and take initiative to address customer issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Event Management certification (please provide a screenshot of the certification upon submission).
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 successful implementation projects related to ServiceNow Event Management (summarize these projects when submitting your application).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in client-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong soft skills, including collaboration, customer management, and proactive decision-making.
