Job Brief:
The Solution Engineer is responsible for developing low-code solutions on the OutSystems platform, encompassing initial development, validation, and ongoing maintenance. This role ensures the team meets and exceeds expectations for application delivery by working within set priorities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work directly with line-of-business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using low-code platforms like OutSystems, Integration Technologies, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop & Implement Solutions: Develop, configure, test, and implement processes that meet defined requirements, ensuring high-quality builds are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support & Debugging: Provide ongoing support, perform root cause analysis, and debug automation tools and processes to meet SLA requirements.
  • Communication: Engage with a broad range of audiences, including both technology and business leaders, to manage the automation portfolio and perform process mining.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to CoE standards, guidelines, best practices, security protocols, and risk management. Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing change effectively.
