Assist and support the investigation and resolution of operational problems with the telecommunications network system. -
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems into operational status where possible. -
Assist in the processing of service requests for moves, adds, changes and repairs of the landline telephone service. -
Assist to program and install automated attendant systems on equipment platforms. -
Generate reports for stakeholders and key initiatives. -
Coordinate the distribution of telecommunications equipment. |
