Job Title :Programmer Analyst – SharePoint Solutions & Automation

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions and automation processes. This role focuses on modernizing existing manual workflows, enhancing the SharePoint environment, and leading a migration of the agency’s intranet to SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. SharePoint Solution Development & Automation
- Design and implement SharePoint-based solutions to replace manual, PDF, and paper-driven processes.
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems via APIs to streamline workflows.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
2. SharePoint Environment Optimization
- Analyze the existing SharePoint environment and propose improvements to boost performance, usability, and security.
- Recommend a hierarchical structure for improved SharePoint configuration and governance.
- Integrate other platforms and systems into SharePoint as needed.
3. Intranet Migration to SharePoint
- Develop and present a comprehensive intranet migration plan with minimal business disruption.
- Provide recommendations for site architecture, content migration, and user access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address migration-related concerns.
4. Team Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with internal teams to design, test, and deploy SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.
- Create detailed documentation covering SharePoint configurations, automation processes, and migration plans.
- Deliver training and support to staff on new SharePoint features and workflows.
