Job Title: SAP Scrum Master
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Scrum Master to join our team and play a key role in driving the successful delivery of SAP projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum Master expertise to facilitate collaboration, foster continuous improvement, and ensure the effective application of Agile principles across SAP Scrum teams.
Responsibilities:

1. Agile Facilitation:
• Serve as the Scrum Master for SAP Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster an Agile mindset within the teams and promote continuous improvement.
2. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with SAP Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Project Management:
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring the team meets sprint goals and commitments.
4. Communication:
• Facilitate communication within the SAP Scrum team and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, and impediments.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Scrum teams and across the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery.

Required Skills:

1. Agile Expertise:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
2. Facilitation Skills:
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive meetings and ceremonies.
• Ability to foster collaboration, communication, and decision-making within the team.
3. Problem-Solving:
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and impediments hindering project progress.
4. Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate complex project landscapes.
5. Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills in an Agile Environment:

1. SAP Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of SAP technologies and development processes.
• Ability to effectively work with SAP development teams.
2. Agile Certifications:
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
3. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe):
• Familiarity with SAFe framework and experience in scaling Agile practices for large organizations.
4. Agile Tools:
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) to support the planning and tracking of SAP projects.
5. Technical Background:
• A technical background or familiarity with SAP development processes to effectively engage with development teams.
6. Coaching Skills:
• Coaching and mentoring skills to guide SAP development teams in Agile practices.
