Job Title :  Contact Center Telephony (Genesys) Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Contact Center Project Manager to join our client’s team. This role requires expertise in Genesys contact center solutions, migration, and integration, as well as strong collaboration skills to work with SMEs, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Genesys Contact Center projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with change managers, solution architects, and telecom teams to drive seamless integration.
  • Oversee Genesys migration efforts, working closely with offshore SMEs and internal teams.
  • Provide expertise in Genesys Network Telecom, Call Center Architecture, and Telephony Systems.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Genesys certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience with Genesys contact center solutions, migrations, and integrations.
  • Strong background in call center architecture and telephony systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
