seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Automation Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This role requires an experienced automation professional to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with automation frameworks, and familiarity with cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for platform infrastructure.

Support and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and platforms.

Utilize observability tools such as OpsGenie, CatchPoint, Grafana, and NewRelic to monitor system performance.

Work with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform for infrastructure management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation and platform support.

Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency in automation implementations.

Document automation processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years in automation engineering and platform support.
