Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Workday Business Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Payroll and Absence workstream: Lead all aspects of configuration updates and new implementation efforts.
  • Active Workday Certification Required: Must hold and maintain active Workday Payroll and Absence certifications throughout the project duration.
  • Follow Workday Methodology: Execute across Plan, Architect/Configure, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare phases with accountability for delivery.
  • Collaborate with the internal Accenture team and utilize internal project management toolsets for tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct client-facing meetings: Engage with client stakeholders regularly, managing risks and sharing updates with leadership.
  • Partner with project teams on Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Extend Use Cases to ensure integration and alignment with Payroll and Absence modules.
Required Skills:
  • Active Workday Payroll and Absence certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Payroll and Absence in a public sector or government setting
  • Strong ability to lead and manage independently
  • Experience working on Workday projects in government/public sector environments
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated accountability in meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Experience working with or managing offshore teams and resolving cross-team issues professionally
