Job Title- Workday HCM Test Lead Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience Leading the validation effort for the HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll Testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation Functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing Business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building) Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results Utilize the Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT) Update customers on the daily status Foresee and mitigate any risks in the project roadmap Coordinate the team to get the daily deliverables are met Over 10+ years of experience in testing HCM applications and 5 years of Workday testing Expertise in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll Hands on testing experience in testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation In depth experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing Sound Knowledge in Software Testing Process Hands on experience in Agile methodology Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building) Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results Fair understanding in Workday Automation leveraging Selenium Knowledge on Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart/ UFT) Good Communication Skills What are the top 3 skills required for this role? 1.
