Who are we looking for?
Seasoned business analyst to work as a strategic partner with business leaders, external vendors, clients and others to facilitate technology and process-based business solutions. Plans, develops and implements technology-based and process-based business solutions. Defines and develops business requirements and functional specifications for new systems as well as modifications to existing systems. Develops, tests and analyzes tools to support additional business efficiencies in data quality, production and resources to reduce total cost of ownership of business applications.
Technical Skills:
· Domain experience in Career or Health or Wealth Management is required
· Must be able to Write a clear business requirement document (BRD).
· Elicit and document Business Requirements from end user
· Do research/analysis on the ideas to check feasibility. Work with other business stakeholders
· Work with business team to arrive at a pricing that is attractive to end users who will buy these products.
· Work with Mercer team to create a business case
· Work with IT team to explain solutions offered to end users
· Provides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
· Identifies, verifies and documents functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools.
· Ensures development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
· Must acquire business knowledge, understand business analyst process, and perform testing of the new requirement in the system
· Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems.
· Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing.
· Provides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
· Partners with Business/IT in define and management of scope with each release.
Process Skills:
· Strong agile working on both development and application maintenance projects
· Reduce the manual efforts by automating the recurring tasks using best practices and standards
· Responsible for Delivering proof of concepts and innovations for customer value add.
· Conduct knowledge sharing session with the team and overall team handling.
