Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on projects for a prestigious government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The candidate must reside in the EST time zone, and either be eligible for or possess an active security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience working on government projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
