·         Have at least four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.

·         Hold ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification and BMC Certified Professional certification.

·         Have a BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
