· Oversee the achievement of larger organizational goals.
· Lead the overall program with a strong focus on strategy, implementation, and delegation.
· Serve as the principal point of contact between the COR/Alternate COR and senior management.
· Attend required weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings.
· Present regular and concise program status updates.
· Ensure timely resolution of critical program issues.
· Manage the quality and efficiency of the contract, including both technical issues and business processes.
· Assist in task assignments, ongoing supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management of the program.
· Possess a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment.
· Have good oral and written communication skills.
· Have at least five (5) years of experience managing personnel and processes in an IT enterprise environment.
· Hold a Program Management Professional (PgMP) or IT Infrastructure Library certification.
