Immediate need for a talented Program/ Project Team Facilitator. This is a 04+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Horsham, PA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $49/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key Skills; Quality/Compliance, facilitating programs and project.
  • Quality/Compliance Professional will effectively help leadership team by refining, streamlining, and organizing executive-level programs and initiatives.
  • Leveraging management and administrative skills to guide the leadership team through strategic discussions across organizational levels
  • Knowledgeable about audit programs and digital tools to execute programs
  • Establish communication channels and provide meeting structure Establish communication channels and provide structured meeting frameworks
  • Facilitation expertise in guiding a team through the project initiation through completion, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Notes/Action Tracking
  • Ability to identify and track interdependencies between programs/projects/deliverables
  • Must have working experience with MS Teams Sites and tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effectively work with senior leadership
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in program/project management.
  • Proven experience in facilitating programs and managing project deliverables.
  • University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
