Job Details
· Scrum Master Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach, and support Agile teams in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews).
· Ensure the team follows Scrum principles, practices, and values to deliver high-quality products.
· Remove any impediments to team progress and foster a collaborative team environment.
· Facilitate effective communication between product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
· Track and manage team progress, providing reports and metrics on team performance and project status.
· Guide the team in continuous improvement by promoting agile practices and helping to implement changes.
Project Management Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
· Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and budgets, and manage them throughout the project.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
· Ensure effective stakeholder communication, delivering regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery in accordance with Agile methodologies.
