Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Platform Architect
Duration: Contract
Location: Dallas, TX/Remote
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions architecture designs that encompass security, access control lists (ACLs), and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and architect scalable and secure solutions that align with the organization's objectives and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to security, platform capabilities, and enhancements.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's security and performance requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and propose enhancements or improvements to optimize security and performance.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies for platform development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements for the platform roadmap.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on security and platform architecture, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in architecture review meetings and provide input on system design decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Lead, Platform Architect, or similar role, with a focus on security and platform design.
  • In-depth knowledge of access control lists (ACLs), security protocols, and platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their security features.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions for enterprise-level applications.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and selecting technology solutions and vendors based on security and performance criteria.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and projects.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
