Job Description: Job Title: Pega Lead (BA/PO/SM) Location: [USA Remote] Experience Level: 8+ years Industry: [ Healthcare] We are seeking a dynamic Pega Lead who can seamlessly perform the roles of a Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), and Scrum Master (SM). The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Pega application development, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and ensure Agile best practices are followed. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Design and model Pega workflows, case management, and decisioning based on business needs.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring Pega solutions meet user expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams Pega architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega development and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC (Preferably CSA/CSSA/CPDC/CLSA Certified).
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/ SAFe/ Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle management tools.
Preferred Qualifications: - Pega CPDC, CLSA, or PCBA certification.
- Experience in AI-powered decisioning and Pegas Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Familiarity with API integrations, DevOps, and Cloud deployment for Pega applications.
- Prior experience in Insurance or Healthcare domains.
