Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Rep. This is a 04+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Providence RI (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Customer service ,Inbound and outbound calls and Retail store experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly developed ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of PC and Mac.
  • Ambitious with ability to prioritize strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a faced-paced environment/ learn and adapt quickly in a demanding customer service environment.
  • Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision.
  • Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.
  • Education: Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
  • Shift: Hours will be Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm EST and Friday 8am-1pm EST with extended hours the week of Christmas until 7pm (schedules will be adjusted prior).
